The private pool, set just below the villa, is exclusively for your private use only and has sun beds and umbrellas along with lawned surrounds. Just a few steps beyond is Yialos Beach. A small beach with a mix of sand and pebbles. Afternoon waves are often a treat for the children! Yialos Beach, Karousades is a small waterside hamlet of just six houses, one being a delightful tavern (150m). The nearby village of Karousades is located above the beach and can be reached via a small country lane of 1.6km. There you will find a not a very large yet suffice collection of supermarkets, tavernas and local bars. Layout: The ground floor has an open plan living room, dining room. The large living area features a fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also an open plan, fully fitted kitchen, with granite work surfaces. On the ground floor you will also find two air conditioned bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other has twin beds. On the upper floor there is a third air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The villa has also two bathrooms. Swimming pool: The pool is the ideal place to wake up with a dip or freshen up after a nap in the sun.
