A just recently (May 2020) renovated from scratch apartment located in a 18th century building! Located in the heart of Old Corfu Town, sunny, furnished apartment is within walking distance of all points of interest. It features a modern, stylistic interior decoration. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and families with children. The 80 sq. m. flat is situated on the 1st floor of a traditional building in the Old Town of Corfu. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed (can accomodate 1 more person), a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with shower and a WC. All the bedrooms and living room are equipped with A/C and smart TV's with Netflix. The kitchen has all the amenities: brand new cooker, brand new big fridge, freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, sandwich toaster and a 4-person dinner table. Coffee, tea and pantry staples are provided as well. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, iron and hair dryer. From the bedrooms and living room windows looking to the Town Hall Square (It was the most important social square in the years of the Venetian), you will be gazing either at the street life or the neighbors getting ready to hang the freshly laundered sheets between the buildings in the old traditional way of the pulley clothesline. In spring and summertime the scent of some honeysuckle and jasmine will invade discreetly into the apartment making your nights a bit more romantic.
