Villa Yialos

Few properties can offer such a unique location; just a few steps from a pretty beach, breathtaking sea views and your own private pool. Our stunning beach villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

The private pool, set just below the villa, is exclusively for your private use only and has sun beds and umbrellas along with lawned surrounds.

Just a few steps beyond is Yialos Beach. A small beach with a mix of sand and pebbles. Afternoon waves are often a treat for the children!
Yialos Beach, Karousades is a small waterside hamlet of just six houses, one being a delightful tavern (150m).

The nearby village of Karousades is located above the beach and can be reached via a small country lane of 1.6km. There you will find a not a very large yet suffice collection of supermarkets, tavernas and local bars.

Layout:
The ground floor has an open plan living room, dining room. The large living area features a fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also an open plan, fully fitted kitchen, with granite work surfaces.

On the ground floor you will also find two air conditioned bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other has twin beds. On the upper floor there is a third air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The villa has also two bathrooms.

Swimming pool:
The pool is the ideal place to wake up with a dip or freshen up after a nap in the sun.

Location
The villa is located about 50m from Gialos beach. Gialos is a peaceful beach below the village of Karousades in northern Corfu. It is a small beach with sand and pebbles, completely at large with no infrastructure for swimmers. Above Gialos rises a vertical cliff which offers shade to the swimmers.

Near the beach of Gialos there is a tavern amongst a dense olive grove. The nearest village for you to find a bar or a tavern is Karousades at a distance of about 2 kilometers. From Gialos you can see far away towards the west the cape of Drastis. If you stay at the beach until late in the afternoon you will enjoy an impressive sunset in the Ionian Sea.

Some other beaches close to Gialos are the tranquil beach of Astrakeri in the east and the busy Sidari in the west.
